Service Description

Amanda has over 10+ years of experience in both event planning and retreat planning! On this call, she will help you do a deep dive into the strategy and operations of your event or retreat to bring your vision to life. She will take you through FULL & DETAILED logistics (choosing your location & services offered), partnerships (with brands & how to obtain corporate donations & sponsorships), marketing & social media (with templates to utilize), partnering with other event hosts (with how to pay others for their services), hiring services and obtaining volunteers, FULL event flow, finances (including building your ticket prices, profit margin, and event deposit info), and more. You will have the ability to ask questions throughout the session to help navigate your event and will have access to Amanda after the call should you have remaining questions! You will leave this session with a complete understanding of how to run your dream event or retreat and have action steps to take to bring it to life!
