Join us for a 6-Day, 5-Night Wellness Retreat in the heart of Santa Teresa.

Daily Movement & Wellness Sessions

Enjoy a mix of Self Love, Mindset, Journaling, Spiritual, and Wellness Sessions facilitated by our leaders or use the space to simply connect with yourself.
Vacation Time
Kick back and relax at our private sanctuary and nearby beaches. Enjoy alone time to immerse yourself in nature for a restorative week away.
Continental Breakfast
You will enjoy a daily Continental Breakfast, 2 Lunches, and 2 Dinners. We can accommodate all food allergies.

The rest of your meals will be encouraged to eat out in an effort to enjoy local restaurants, coffee shops, and more (not included).
Extra-Fun Activities
Choose between zip-lining, a private surf lesson, OR kick back with a relaxing private massage on our Wellness Thursday.

1 of the above sessions is included (you pick!). Other sessions will be extra. Photo packages are not included.
Daily Adventure
We will be leading you through daily adventure including exploring nearby beaches for relaxation, surfing, guided snorkeling tours, hiking in Costa Rica to see waterfalls & jungle, and more!
Boat Day
Get out on the water with us and enjoy a boat day full of exploring the coast of Costa Rica, snorkeling, and more!

Private Surf Lessons
Want to learn to ride some of the most beautiful waves in Costa Rica 1-on-1? We are happy to assist you in booking a lesson with a local guide! Pricing will vary based on desired location & board rentals - For more information & booking, reach out to us.
Private Massages
Get the REST & RELAXATION you deserve by booking a private massage. Our masseuses can come right to the house. Pricing: $100 for 1 hour or $140 for 90 minutes. For more information & booking, reach out to us.
Private Lessons
Want to connect with yourself on a deeper level 1-on-1? You will have the option to book a private yoga lesson, breathwork session, or workout class during free time with our Instructor - Amanda Odgers. Pricing: $100/hour session.
WELLNESS THURSDAY
This is a day for our attendees to relax & restore OR explore. This day is for you to do what feels good to your body.
Choose from 1 included activity (zip-lining, private surf lesson, or massage), shopping nearby, or relax. You can do more than activity, but only one activity is included.
What's Not Included:
INCLUDED: Your room, daily continental breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, all activities, & excursions listed, transportation to and from the airport/excursions, gift bags, and more are included with your room! See below for what is not included.

Your Flight
Due to the different regions participants will be traveling from, we are unable to include your flight, but we are happy to help you coordinate them if you would like to book a call with us. Information for booking your flight can be found below!
Meals & Extras
Some meals, beverages, and excursions external to the resort & itinerary are not included. You will receive a daily continental breakfast, 2 dinners, and 2 lunches. The rest will be an invitation for you to explore town!

Property Features
Casa MarBella is a boutique style hotel that provides a perfect venue for groups looking to have the service, safety, and privacy of individual hotel rooms, yet the intimacy of a private villa. The casa consists of 8 separate units surrounding an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. In total, the casa offers 14 separate bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, and 7 kitchens. We also have a beautiful ocean view yoga deck that can be used for many different activities including yoga, meditation, breathwork, meetings, etc.

Booking Your Flight
The easiest way to get to Santa Teresa is to book a flight to San Jose (SJC) and take a jumper flight to Santa Teresa (Cobano Airport or ACO).

We recommend this over the 4.5 hour bus ride from San Jose to Cobano Airport. It is a quick 30 minute flight that actually is like an excursion in itself, allowing you to see the entire island.
​
If you choose to not fly, here is a site that will allow you to see your options for busing and renting a private vehicle.
​
We will be picking you up at Cobano Airport to transport you to our sanctuary.
Booking Terms:
Your room booking includes all activities, excursions listed, your resort accommodation, boat day, all chef prepared meals at the resort, and transport to and from the airport/excursions.

It does not include your flight, additional services, or extras (mentioned above).

Additional Services such as private surf lessons, yoga sessions, massages, or alcoholic beverages can be booked through booking a call with our team, here.

Cancellation/ Withdrawal Policy:
Before December 10th, 2024, you will receive a 50% refund or a transfer of trip to someone on our Waitlist will be arranged (if available). Before January 10th, 25% of retreat payment will be credited to a future retreat. After January 10th, no refunds will be given.
