Our Upcoming Retreat:
Men's Faith & Fitness Retreat
Encounter Jesus' Promises

October 23rd-25th
Break out of conformity. Step into spiritual renewal. Walk in transformation.
Who is this Retreat is For?
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”— Romans 12:2
You know about Jesus but feel disconnected from actually hearing Him.
You're carrying fear, shame, or a version of God's voice that isn't His.
You want brotherhood with men who'll tell you the truth, not just hang out.
You're ready to work your body as hard as you work your faith.
You want to walk in Jesus' purpose for your life, instead of in fear or hesitation.
What to Expect
Quiet Time With God
Friday evening opens with space to slow down and get honest — you'll set your intention for the weekend and sit with a few questions about your heart posture before things really begin.

Dig into Scripture & Prayer
Morning Bible study and discussion, plus a dedicated evening teaching on listening prayer — real tools for actually hearing God, not just talking about Him.

Brotherhood & Rest
Grilling, music, games, movies, and open time built in alongside the work — the relationships formed here carry as much weight as the sessions themselves.

Fitness Challenges
Every morning starts with a workout or run before you eat much — because we believe the body leads the soul into honesty. Expect calisthenics, group runs, and physical challenges built into the rhythm of each day.

Go Deep in Small Groups
Two core teaching sessions — on vulnerability, your story, and where you're really at — followed by small group breakouts where you work it out loud with a handful of other men.

Commissioning, Baptism & Send-Off
The weekend closes with a final session, recap, and prayer — with the opportunity for any man ready to take that step to be baptized before a commissioning send-off home.

The indoor basketball and pickleball courts and full gym equipment fuel the physical side of the retreat, while the outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna give guys a place to recover and unwind between sessions. FAQ
-
Do I need to be in good physical shape? Not at all. Every activity is built to scale to wherever you're starting from — a walk instead of a run, modified instead of full reps. Nobody's here to prove anything with their body; showing up is the whole point.
-
What if my faith isn't very strong, or I have doubts? Honestly, this weekend was built with you in mind. You don't need a polished testimony or years of Bible knowledge to belong here — doubt, distance, and hard questions are welcome parts of the conversation, not something to hide before you arrive.
-
What should I bring? Workout clothes and shoes you can move in, layers for changing weather, a journal and Bible if you have one (we'll have extras on hand if not), and bedding or toiletries if the venue asks for them. A full packing list goes out before the retreat, so you won't be guessing.
-
What's the cost, and what's included? [Insert pricing tier(s) and what's covered — lodging, meals, materials]. If cost is a barrier for you, please reach out — we don't want that to be the reason you miss this weekend.
-
Can I come if I don't know anyone else attending? Yes — honestly, most guys don't. You'll be placed in a small group as soon as you arrive, and by the end of the weekend, strangers usually feel like brothers.
-
Do I have to get baptized or share things I'm not ready to share? Never required. Baptism is offered as an opportunity, not an expectation, and small group time is always at your own pace — you're welcome to listen more than you speak.
-
What if I have an injury or physical limitation? Let us know ahead of time and we'll help modify anything physical. No one is pushed past what's safe or comfortable for their body.
-
Do I need to belong to a specific church or denomination? No. Men from all kinds of backgrounds — different churches, no church, somewhere in between — are welcome. This weekend is about Jesus, not any one religion.
-
Will there be time to just rest, or is it packed the whole time? There's real margin built in — open time, quiet time, and space to just be, not just move from session to session.
-
Is this only for young guys, or is it for men at any stage of life? Men at any age and any stage — single, married, new dads, empty nesters. Age isn't the qualifier; wanting more is.
