Philly Competition Day
Theme: Striving Together
Teams of 2 will compete in a series of workouts, exercises, and activities to win the ultimate winning title. Combining crossfit with team building, puzzles, and field day activities, come prepared to compete and grow with your teammate.Â
Following the competition, join us for group reflection, contrast therapy, journaling and community and connection time to meet new people. Food & snacks will be provided!
